Privacy notice

Working draft for the pilot. It must be reviewed by a lawyer and matched to the data processing agreement with each gym before real members use the product.

What we store

Your name, email, nickname, gym, training level and goal, optional baseline numbers, which classes you joined, your targets, and how you rated each class.

What appears on the gym screen

Only your nickname, your targets and a GOAL or CLASS tag (whether you said you are training for something), and only if you switched on the consent option. Never your name, email or baseline numbers. You can withdraw consent at any time in your profile and you disappear from the screen at once.

Where it is stored

On a server in the EU (to be confirmed for the production setup). Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact details of the responsible party will be added before launch.

Training in class is at your own risk and under the gym's rules. This product gives no medical advice. Stop if something hurts and speak to a professional.
